Topics
The conference focuses on power system dynamics with a special emphasis on weak grids. The expected contributions include dynamic power system modelling and simulation, case studies, measurement results from field tests and more.
An exemplary but not exhaustive list of subtopics is given in the following:
• Characterization and definition of weak grids
• Frequency stability in low inertia grids
• Transient voltage stability
• Dynamics of microgrids
• Control strategies for microgrids
• Converter-related dynamics and stability
• Fault-ride-through behavior
• Power system protection in converterdominated
systems
• Intentional and unintentional islanding
• Dynamics in grid restoration processes
• Role of renewables in grid restoration
