Prospective authors are first invited to submit an abstract via the ConfTool submission system for review. Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors will be invited to submit a full paper, typically 4–6 pages in length and formatted according to the standard IEEE two-column template.

Only papers that are presented on site by (in general) one of the authors will be listed by IEEE.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality, as well if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
