CVTahir Kapetanovic is head of system operation at Austrian Power Grid AG, Vice-Chair of ENTSO-E Board and steers Regional Coordination Centre TSCNET in Munich together with 14 other TSOs’ shareholders. 2001-2011 he was Director Electricity at Austrian energy regulator E-Control. 1988-2010 he worked in academia, energy & telecom vendors and service providers in Austria and Europe. He studied electrical engineering and power systems in Zagreb, Imperial College of London, received his doctorate from TU Wien and holds executive MBA from WU Wien and University of Minnesota.
